The Challenge

The founder of Zenzone, a wellness startup based in the U.S., had a vision: a minimalist, premium essential oil line that didn’t look like every other label on Amazon.

But they didn’t have:

  • A reliable manufacturer
  • Packaging or branding

  • Any experience in cross-border e-commerce

They needed someone to take the vision and deliver a full-stack DTC business — from China to the U.S., and into the hands of customers.
