The Challenge
Al Karim Organics started as a simple idea: bring pure, lab-tested honey and natural wellness products to customers looking for real quality — not supermarket sugar syrups.
But like most good ideas, it needed structure, execution, and scale.

There was:
- No product line yet
- No packaging or brand identity
- No Shopify store or marketing plan
- No budget for traditional distribution
I took it from raw concept to a functional, revenue-generating e-commerce brand with built-in community-driven scale.

- Identified local certified organic farms & suppliers across Pakistan
- Oversaw lab testing, food certifications, and batch control
- Developed a 5-product SKU line with proper shelf life and documentation

- Created Al Karim’s premium black/gold identity with storytelling built around purity and trust
- Designed 250g gift-ready jars, custom boxes, and multilingual labeling
- Developed product naming + copy for each SKU (Acacia, Sidr, Eucalyptus, etc.)

✅ Website, Store & Fulfillment
- Built a Shopify store from scratch with conversion-focused design
- Created product photography, copy, and branded sections
- Integrated local and international payment gateways, SMS, and shipping systems
✅ Affiliate & Distribution Model
- Launched a zero-cost affiliate program to acquire users without paid ads
- Built a 5,000+ member MLM-style referral network using WhatsApp, Facebook groups, and training funnels
- Created a dashboard and unique codes for tracking and payout

- Managed full-stack email, SMS, WhatsApp & Meta ad campaigns
